PURPOSE: A turbine blade cooling device is provided to achieve improved cooling efficiency and prevent a thermal distortion of the blade. CONSTITUTION: A turbine blade cooling device comprises a plurality of turbine blades(15) mounted on a rotating shaft(5). Each of the turbine blades has a hollow portion in which an air injection member(23) is spaced apart from the inner surface of the turbine blade. The air injection member is formed of a hollow body which has an aperture(27) so as to inject the air supplied through an air injection hole(21) formed at the rotating shaft, toward a leading edge(25) formed in the hollow portion of the turbine blade. The turbine blade has a discharge slot(31) formed at a trailing edge(29) of the turbine blade, wherein the discharge slot cooperates with an outlet hole formed at the surface of the turbine blade so as to discharge the air being supplied to the hollow portion of the turbine blade through the air injection member.
