<p>A photopolymerisable compsn. which in film form is heat-softenable and adherable to a metal substrate, comprises 100 pts. wt. reaction prod. of a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer of molecular wt. 1,000-10,000 and di(4-8C alkyl) amine, one-third to two-thirds of the anhydride gps. being reacted with the dialkylamine; 50-200 pts. wt. compatible photopolymerisable monomer in a binder; and a catalytic amt. of a photoinitiator. Prod. is used as a negative photoresist. The exposed compsn. may be developed in an aq. bath.</p> |
