PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater and a container with a heating function capable of reducing a gas and odor generated in ignition and heat generation.SOLUTION: A heater 10 for heating a body to be heated by combustion heat of a self combustion heating element, is provided with a solid heating element 1, a cap member 2 including a heating element accommodating portion 2a accommodating the heating element 1, an ignition tool disposed in adjacent to the heating element 1 and igniting the heating element, and an inner lid 4 having a hole for holding the ignition tool and closing the heating element accommodating portion. A recessed portion 1a is formed on an inner lid-side face of the heating element 1, an ignition valve 3 configured by disposing a pair of electrodes in a sealed container in which a combustible gas is sealed, separately from each other, is used as the ignition tool, and at least a tip portion of the ignition valve 3 is disposed in the recessed portion 1a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
