PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deferred payment information managing device capable of effectively utilizing an approval card in the approval of a taxi fare. SOLUTION: Concerning the deferred payment information managing device for managing deferred payment information generated by a deferred payment information generating means 12b for generating the deferred payment information corresponding to the approval of the taxi fare on the basis of approval card information fetched by an approval card information fetching means 12a after the tariff state of a taxi meter is changed into payment tariff, an approval reservation information storage means 14 is further provided for storing the approval card information fetched by the approval card information fetching means 12a before changing the tariff state of the taxi meter into payment tariff as approval reservation information and when the taxi meter is changed into payment tariff and the approval reservation information is stored in the approval reservation information storage means 14, the deferred payment information generating means 12b generates the deferred payment information on the basis of the approval reservation information.
