PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide economic vegetation type slope protecting assembly block capable of forming the bulkhead surface with inclination at an acute angle close to the natural environment, capable of being applied to a cut sediment surface and a banking surface, capable of facilitating the manufacturing at a factory while having the simple structure, and capable of being carried efficiently and assembled easily in the construction field, and capable of coping with a high bulkhead provided with inclination at an acute angle. SOLUTION: This assembling block is formed of a pair of concrete panels 4 respectively having one side 1 formed with inclination corresponding to a slope angle and comb-like plural cut parts 3 having depth and angle of inclination enough for insertion of sheathing concrete panels 2. Each concrete panel 4 is provided with holes (8) 10, 11 for bolts 7 for fixing the two concrete panels 4 in parallel with each other with the predetermined space, for temporarily fixing a framework for placing of the barrel filling reinforced concrete, and for lateral reinforcements for barrel filling reinforced concrete.
