PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body which is excellent in resistance to a solvent of a high polarity and corrosive substance. SOLUTION: In a laminated body provided by laminating a polymer film on at least one side face of a metal thin film, the metal thin film and the polymer film are laminated via an adhesive layer comprising a polyolefin based elastomer which is soluble in an organic solvent and has a polar group.
