REINFORCING STRUCTURE FOR COLUMN WITH WALL OF BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure for a column with wall capable of eliminating the disadvantage occurring when slits are provided on a wall and preventing the tensile force from an FRP sheet from being applied to the wall in this structure for reinforcing the column with wall by the FRP sheet. SOLUTION: The FRP sheet 14 is stuck to the surface of the column 12 integrally having the wall 10 in this structure for reinforcing the column with wall of a building. This reinforcing structure is provided with a first adhesive plate 16 sticking the end section 22 of the FRP sheet 14 located on one side of the wall across the wall 10, a second adhesive plate 18 sticking the end section 23 of the FRP sheet 14 located on the other side of the wall across the wall, and a connecting rod 20 connected to the first adhesive plate and the second adhesive plate and loosely penetrating the wall.
