METHOD FOR PRINTING LARGE AREA PATTERN BY OFFSET PRINTING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for printing a large area pattern by an offset printing process, capable of simultaneously printing a plurality of patterns of different areas including a large area by the offset printing process by using a conductor ink containing at least a conductive powder and a baking removable organic component without bringing about an omission of an ink at the central part of the printed part of the large area pattern. SOLUTION: The method for printing the large area pattern by the offset printing process comprises the steps of overprinting twice or more when a plurality of patterns of various areas including the large area pattern having a line width or a diameter of 200μm or more are simultaneously printed on a substrate by the offset printing method by using the conductor ink containing at least the conductive powder and the baking removable organic component, then compressing the surface of the formed print layer, and thereafter allowing the surface of the print layer to be tack-free. Thus, the omission of the ink on the printed part of the large area pattern is prevented.
