PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition excellent in mechanical strength, heat resistance and molding properties and giving a molded article which does not suffer from delamination or flow marks near a gate and is excellent in external appearances as well as in permanent antistatic properties. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition comprises a polycarbonate which is obtained by the melt method and has a loss angleδand a complex viscosityη* (Pa.s), as measured under a condition of 250 deg.C and an angle velocity of 10 rad/s, satisfying the relationship (1): 2,500<=Tanδ/η*<-0.87> <=6,000, a block copolyamide resin, a polyester resin and a phosphorus-containing compound having a spirocyclic structure.
