PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for cutting a joint part at the upper part of a protruded rail from below by turning a rail-like metal protruded in a cross section such as an aluminum sash frame horizontally being grasped using two cylindrical blades fixed by a block. SOLUTION: Two steel blades (2) are mounted below the steel block (1). A steel handle (3) is mounted beside the block. The rail-like metal of a part protruded in a cross section such as an aluminum sash frame is grasped by the two blades to cut off a joint part by turning it horizontally. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
