A fermentation composition and an antioxidant composition containing the same fermentation composition are provided, which fermentation composition has improved antioxidative activity compared to a single Guava extract, so that the fermentation composition is useful in medicines, health food, and cosmetics. The fermentation composition comprises fermented Guava which is prepared by inoculating a microorganism in a medium containing at least one Guava and Guava extract, or a medium containing at least one Guava and Guava extract, and rice bran, bean and carbon source, and fermenting the microorganism, wherein the medium containing at least one Guava and Guava extract has pH 4 to 8; the medium containing at least one Guava and Guava extract, and rice bran, bean and carbon source has pH 7.5 to 10; the medium further comprises protease; and the microorganism is Bacillus subtilis or Saccharomyces. The antioxidant composition comprises the fermentation composition.
