PURPOSE:To generate surely a mixed gas having a required mixing ratio with simple operation, by a method wherein while responding to pilot lamps which are switched on and off according to the indication of an operation indicator, flow rate- operating members are operated to generate the mixed gas. CONSTITUTION:When a power switch 19 is switched on, all pilot lamps on operation panels 1-6 are lighted. Then a dummy plate or a blind cassette which is not provided with through-holes is inserted into the insertion port 9 for an operation indicator. If all pilot lamps a-e are turned off, it indicates that the apparatus is normally operated. Then a required one among a plurality of operation indicators is inserted into the insertion port 9. Only pilot lamps are lighted which are located at positions of operating members which are operated according to the preset program. When flow rate-operating members A (panel 2), B (panel 5), etc. corresponding to these pilot lamps are manually operated, the pilot lamps which are lighted are off. When at this stage a starting switch 20 is pushed, a mixed gas according to the indication of an indicator 7 can be obtd. |
