PURPOSE:To make free regulation of the conditions of welding output at the operator's hand possible and to improve the efficiency of welding work in an arc welding machine by providing a voltage generating circuit which is operated by two push buttons and a deciding circuit for the level of the voltage thereof. CONSTITUTION:A push button switch 22 for starting and stopping of welding of a welding torch is pushed to apply the voltage between the two wires (a) and (b) as the voltage determined by Zener diodes 24, 25 to the noninverted input terminals of operational amplifiers 31, 32. Here, the sum of the yield voltages of the Zener diodes 29, 30 of a deciding circuit for the level of voltage provided in a power source device for welding is so set as to be higher than the upper voltage and that the yield voltage of the diode 30 is so set as to be lower than said voltage. Only the output terminal of the amplifier 31 goes to a high level, and a transistor 33 operates to actuate a relay 36 so that the switching of the output of the welder is accomplished easily by the operation of the push button switch mounted to the welding torch at the operator's hand. |
