The bearing with an oil wiper (13) has a cavity (14) and deflector-surfaces (15,16) for deflecting oil from a lubricating-ring (7) running through the cavity to oil-discharge ducts (17-22). The deflector surfaces (15,16) slope in a wedge-shape at least on both axial ends of the lubricating ring (7) and run towards each other contrary to the direction (6) in which the lubricating ring moves. The oil-deflector (13) can be turned by 180 deg. in the direction contrary to that in which the lubricating ring (7) turns. The two discharge surfaces (15,16) run towards a wedge-shaped point (28) over the lubricating ring (7) outer surface (30). USE/ADVANTAGE - The bearing surfaces in which the shaft or rotary pin is mounted are better lubricated.
