FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making M-shaped incision with rounded upper angles in the region of entrance to the vagina. Incision recess envelopes the orifice of the urogenital sinus. Two-humped skin flap is separated. The fistula being disconnected, vagina is opened by means of inverted U-shaped incision. Flap is formed. Adventitial muscular layer of the vagina is sutured to the muscle lifting the anus and to the external urethral sphincter. In forming posterior and lateral vaginal walls, vaginal flap is sutured to the adjacent borders of the two-humped skin flap. In forming anterior wall of the vagina, anterolateral borders of the vagina are sutured to two symmetric flaps cut from scrotolabial folds.
