PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication device that can prevent deterioration of communication quality as much as possible even when wireless terminals are locally congested in a case where millimeter-wave communication is performed at a plurality of access points.SOLUTION: A wireless communication device 300 comprises a communication processor 310 for connecting wireless terminals by using wireless communication based on beam forming, an information sharing unit 320 for acquiring connection information of other wireless communication devices containing connection conditions of other wireless terminals connected to the other wireless communication devices as re-connection destination candidates for the connected wireless terminals out of the other wireless terminals which are wireless terminals other than the connected wireless terminals, a switch determining unit 330 for determining, based on the acquired connection information of the other wireless communication devices, whether the connection destinations of the connected wireless terminals are switched to the other wireless communication devices, and a connection switching unit 340 for switching the connection destinations for the connected wireless terminals to the wireless communication devices when the switching to the other wireless communication devices is determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
