The resulting complex is an aggressive antibody-phage complex (AAPC), which enhances the immune reaction of the organism against the cancer cells or the infectious single celled organisms. The complex comprises a mixture of DNA and transposons (e.g. SINES or LINES) in its head, which, when the antibody interacts with the antigen, it injects into the antigen. There the DNA -transposon mixture mutates the genome of the antigen and thus destroys the cell. An Independent claim is also included for a therapeutical composition comprising a bacteriophage, e.g. L or T, which has been genetically altered to carry an immunoglobulin receptor to form a transporting receptor-phage complex (TRPC). The complex carries a specific DNA or RNA (e.g. a therapeutic gene, reporter gene or antisense DNA or RNA) in its head, which is injected into the ligand, when the ligand and the receptor on the complex interact. The ligand is a target cell and the complex improves gene therapy by specifically targeting and mutating the desired cells.
