PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which is suitable for a power steering and has winding structure capable of improving torque while making it hard to make a mistake at assembling, with few laps of connecting lines and with an easy layout of the motor . SOLUTION: In the motor which is equipped with a stator 54 having a plurality of teeth 62a-62l, winding 53a-53l for forming coils on the plurality of teeth 62a-62l of the stator 54, and a rotor 52 arranged to rotate in opposition to tip faces of the teeth, the winding is wound roughly in the figure of 8 which is so arranged that a worker starts to wind it from the side of the approximal surface of one or the other tooth when winding it on two adjacent teeth, and after having wound it a specified number of times on one tooth, and that the worker winds it as may times as the specified number of times on the other tooth from the opposite side to the winding start of one tooth from the side of its approximal surface and finishes winding on the side of its approximal surface.
