PURPOSE:To eliminate influence of the deformation of frame thus to prevent trouble when switching grip by inserting the outer edge of frame of electronic parts into linear grooves in a pair of grip members of carrying unit thereby moving the carrying unit with predetermined pitch. CONSTITUTION:Carrying unit is comprised of movable frame 1 and a pair of grip members 2, 2 having V-shaped linear grooves 10, 10 respectively across overall length. Then a lever 9 is operated to open said members 2, 2 against the springs 8, 8 to insert the outer edges of the frames 12, 12 of electronic part 11 into the grooves 10, 10. Then the pusher 17 of carrying chain is contacted against the rear end of movable frame 1 and pushed, to engage V-shaped section at the tip of stopper 18 positioned at respective process with a guide roller 14 thus to move the movable frame 1 with predetermined pitch.
