PURPOSE:To control accurately a gate input signal of a load transistor (TR) by connecting plural P-channel MOS TRs to a gate of a current control TR. CONSTITUTION:In giving an H level to a cut-off signal A, a cut-off TR QC1 is turned on and a TR QC2 is turned off to flow the circuit current. The current is controlled by a load TR QL and 1/n of a current flowing to the TR QL flows to each of n-piece of TRs Q1-Qn. In giving an L level as the signal A, the TR QI is turned off. The current flowing to the TR QI is selected by selecting the value (n).
