PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of latency time and to reduce processing time by providing an extracting means that extracts a file having the same destination when dialing an opposite equipment to which the file is transmitted and providing an indicating means that indicates the continuous transmission of the file having the same destination based upon the extracted result. CONSTITUTION:When a file control part 22 receives an indication to read a file 2 from a disc 1, the part 22 reads all of the destinations of each file that are stored at the disc 1 and extracts a file number having the same destination and informs it to a control part 17. When the control part 17 receives an information that a file 4 has the same destination from the file control part 22, the part 17 controls the file control part 22 to read the file 2 and the file 4 continuously and to send them to a picture signal processing part 19. The picture signal processing part 19 sends out the picture data of the files 2 and 4 that are sent form the file control part 22 to a modem 20 and the picture data that is modulated at the modem 20 is sent out to a telephone line through a network control part 21 and is sent to an opposite equipment.
