The rotating ring provides a first radial portion intended to come into contact with an actuating member when a sufficient axial force is applied to the non-rotating ring by a member that is able to move in translation, and a second radial portion that is intended to bear against a spring, which exerts an axial force in the opposite direction to the axial force exerted by the member that is able to move in translation, dedicated to preloading the rolling bearing in an opposite direction to the actuating member.
