A data processing method of user equipment is disclosed, where the method includes: when it is determined that the user equipment needs to perform network search, determining an available radio technology type according to obtained information about an access supportable radio technology type or information about an access prohibited radio access type; and searching, according to the determined available radio technology type, for an available network corresponding to the available radio technology type, where the available network is used by the user equipment to process data. By means of the method provided in the present invention, unnecessary network signaling load is decreased, network search time of the user equipment is decreased, and power consumption of the user equipment is reduced. |
