<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problems that a button operation is difficult when not experienced even at the time of trying to send E-mail from a portable telephone, buttons are small and hard to see especially in the case of a person in middle or old age and it is faster to speak on the phone. SOLUTION: This E-mail agency service method and the system are composed of a voice data conversion stage for converting voice data to be sent to a specified third person 11 by the E-mail voice-inputted from the portable telephone 10 of a requester to text data transmittable by the E-mail, a confirmation stage for transmitting the converted text data to the portable telephone 10 of the requester by the E-mail, and a transmission stage for receiving E-mail transmission approval signals from the portable telephone 10 of the requester and transmitting the E-mail to the specified third person 11.</p> |
