PURPOSE: A synchronizer of a manual transmission is provided to prevent noise and vibration, and to improve shift quality by synchronizing with friction of a second land part and a clutch gear cone part in wearing a first land part. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer for a manual transmission is composed of a synchronizer hub spline-combined with a main shaft and integrally rotated; a sleeve combined with the gear part around the synchronizer hub, and moved axially; a speed gear arranged at both sides of the sleeve, and combined with a clutch gear selectively engaged with the sleeve; and a synchronizer ring(18) arranged in a cone part formed in the clutch gear for friction and synchronizing. A second land part(32) is formed for friction with the cone part of the clutch gear at wear of a first land part(30).
