PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical joint waterproof structure between horizontally fitting right and left extrusion molded hollow cement boards which effectively prevents water from entering the rear side of the cement board in a simple structure, even when rain water enters a hollow part of the cement board because of the change in a sealing compound due to aging or the like. SOLUTION: A cut part 3a extending in a vertical direction for discharging the water in the hollow part downward is formed on each side of a back-up material 3, which side faces each of the cement board hollow parts 1a, 2a.
