AUTOMATIC LOCKING APPARATUS OF LADLE AND TRANSFER CAR

PURPOSE: An automatic locking apparatus of ladle and transfer car is provided to stably fix the ladle during tilting of the ladle by installing locking levers at an upper stand of the transfer car, thereby connecting and fixing the ladle and the transfer car to each other. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for preventing shaking of ladle generated when tilting hot metal ladle on transfer car in a process of removing slag on hot metal by tilting the ladle after a resting stand(102) of the hot metal ladle at a concave part of upper stand(112) of the ladle, the automatic locking apparatus of the ladle and the transfer car is characterized in that the ladle is stably fixed through connection of the locking levers and the depressed grooves(10) during tilting of the ladle by forming a plurality of depressed grooves(10) at one side of the resting stand of the hot metal ladle and installing a pressing rod(15) directed downward by dead load of the ladle and a plurality of locking levers(20) projected to the depressed grooves by downward movement of the pressing rod at the upper stand when the ladle is rested on the transfer car.
