The device is intended for layering of galvanic surfaces on pieces. It ensures enhanced reliability at work. The device consists of a drum, a charging and emptying incision, located on the lateral walls coaxially to the drum's axis of revolution, a spade with a lead and a shaft with two discs and a cathode edge. The cathode edge is fastened statically with a terminal and is an elastic package of flat tapes. The elastic tapes are placed in a safety device made of acid-resistant metal, the edges of which are affixed hermetically through a terminal and a contact.
