PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a freezing/refrigerating showcase capable of defrosting evaporators without affecting contents such as frozen food, fresh food and the like.SOLUTION: In a control method of a freezing/refrigerating showcase 1 including evaporators 8F, 8R cooling ambient air by evaporating a refrigerant 16 flowing therein and cooling the inside of case 5 by using a refrigeration cycle C, the plurality of evaporators 8F, 8R are disposed in a manner that the refrigerant 16 flows in parallel, and the showcase is operated in an operation mode β that when at least one evaporator 8R is operated in a defrosting operation pattern, at least the other one evaporator 8F is operated in a cooling operation pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
