PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably keep a welding state, even if a frequency of weaving of a welding torch changes, in a reciprocal feed arc-welding method.SOLUTION: In a reciprocal feed arc-welding method for welding by weaving a welding torch, by alternately switching a feed speed Fw of a welding wire to a normal feed period and an inverse feed period, a waveform parameter (a frequency 1/Tf and/or amplitude Wf) of the feed speed Fw is set by a predetermined waveform setting function with a frequency of weaving as an input. The waveform setting function is a function becoming high in the frequency 1/Tf of the feed speed Fw and becoming large in the amplitude Wf as the frequency of the weaving becomes high. Thus, even if the frequency of the weaving changes, since a waveform parameter of the feed speed Fw is automatically optimized in response to this change, a welding state is always stabilized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
