Provided in the embodiments of the present invention is a resource scheduling method able to support the reduction of the overheads of resource scheduling on resource transmission, the method being used in a wireless local area network, the next-generation protocol to which said wireless local area network conforms establishing the position of divisible resource blocks amongst the frequency domain resources to be allocated the method comprising: a sending end generates resource scheduling information, the resource scheduling information comprising a bit sequence used for indicating the actually divided resource blocks to be allocated amongst the frequency domain resources to be allocated, at least some of the bits in the bit sequence being used for indicating whether one or a plurality of resource block positions amongst the positions of divisible resource blocks of the frequency domain resources to be allocated are actually divided resource blocks to be allocated amongst the frequency domain resources to be allocated; and sending the resource scheduling information.
