摘要 The present invention relates to a load transfer structure for a piloti pillar applied to a middle and high storied building formed in a wall structure, and a design method for the same. A building structure has a transfer unit by having a piloti pillar without forming a whole first floor or a part of the first floor in a wall structure in a middle and high storied apartment structure formed in the wall structure. As the building structure does not have a transfer beam, a transfer girder, or a transfer slab, the load of an upper floor transferred through a wall is not transferred to the piloti pillar through the transfer beam, the transfer girder, or the transfer slab and is directly transferred to the piloti pillar and a bearing wall. The size of the piloti pillar and the arrangement of reinforcing bars in the piloti pillar or the strength and the arrangement of the reinforcing bars in the bearing wall located in the upper part of the piloti pillar are determined by the design using a finite element analytical model or a strut-tie model. A haunch or a capital is installed on the upper end of the piloti pillar in which stress is concentrated so that the stress is reinforced.
