Provided are a human face recognition method and recognition system. The method comprises: acquiring a human face recognition request, and randomly generating a sentence according to the human face recognition request; acquiring audio data and video data for responding to the sentence by a user; acquiring corresponding voice information according to the audio data; acquiring corresponding lip movement information according to the video data; and when the lip movement information and the voice information satisfy a predetermined rule, passing the human face recognition request. By performing fitness degree matching between lip movement information and voice information in a video and performing dynamic human face recognition, an attack through human face recognition using a real photo of people is effectively avoided, so that the security is higher.
