PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft member driving mechanism with high space efficiency.SOLUTION: A shaft member driving mechanism comprises: a shaft member 190 extending in one direction; and a contact part 160 contacting with the shaft member 190. The shaft member driving mechanism further comprises: a driving part 121 which makes the contact part 160 move with elliptical vibration according to a combination of longitudinal vibration, which is a reciprocate vibration in a direction of the shaft member 190 extension, and a lateral vibration, which is a reciprocate vibration in a direction of orthogonal direction to the extension direction; and a biasing part 130 to bias the driving part 121 toward the shaft member. In the shaft member driving mechanism, a cross section of the shaft member 190, which is orthogonal to the extension direction, is in a circular shape, and biasing direction is toward a center of the circle, in addition, driving force by the contact part 160 toward the shaft member 190 may direct to the center of the circle. |
