摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify machining and accuracy control of a spherical contact part that corrects unconformity between a friction pad and the side face of a disc rotor caused by deformation of a caliper body into open angle shape in case of a piston being a divided type composed of a piston body and a pad pressing body. SOLUTION: A piston 8 is divided in a piston body 10 on the cylinder hole bottom part side, and a pad pressing body 11 on the cylinder hole opening part side. The piston body 10 is formed in bottomed cylinder shape with a bottom wall 10b formed to close the cylinder hole bottom part side end of a cylinder body 10a. The pad pressing body 11 is formed in bottomed cylinder shape with a bottom wall 11b formed to close the cylinder hole bottom part side end of a cylinder body 11a accommodated in the cylinder body 10a of the piston body 10. An annular rib 10 is circumferentially provided almost at the center of the inside of the cylinder body 10a, and the cylinder hole opening part side face of the annular rib 10c is recessed in spherical shape so as to form a concave face 10e of a spherical contact part 13. The whole bottom wall 11b of the pad pressing body 11 is formed in spherical shape so as to form the cylinder hole bottom part side face into a convex face 11d.</p>
