The present invention relates to an unmanned vehicle-washing and fumigating apparatus and, more specifically, to an unmanned vehicle-washing and fumigating apparatus, which can wash cars, regardless of the type of vehicle, such as buses, trucks, compact cars, heavy equipment and special military vehicles, and includes a pest control function to be usable even for a blocking and preventive operation if foot-and-mouth disease, avian influenza and the like occur. The present invention exhibits the following effects. Various types of vehicles, for example, vehicles such as buses, trucks and the like, heavy equipment, and special military vehicles and the like can be automatically washed by an automatic vehicle-washing and fumigating system and apparatus for recycling, which can exhibit sufficient washing power without a brush. In addition, instead of providing a new fumigator whenever various infectious diseases occur, for example, when infectious diseases, such as foot-and-mouth disease and avian influenza, requiring a blocking and preventive operation occur, a pest control operation is enabled even at facilities and places at which the automatic vehicle-washing and fumigating system and apparatus for recycling of the present invention are provided, and thus additional installation costs for the fumigator are reduced.
