1. A driving circuit for driving a capacitive load, comprising:
an integrated circuit; a feedback circuit; a transistor which generates an amplification modulation signal amplified from a modulation signal pulse-modulated from a source signal, based on an amplification control signal; and a low pass filter which demodulates the amplification modulation signal, generates a driving signal, and outputs the driving signal to the capacitive load, wherein the integrated circuit device includes a modulator which generates the modulation signal; a gate driver which generates the amplification control signal based on the modulation signal; and a feedback terminal which is electrically connected to the modulator and the feedback circuit, wherein the feedback circuit generates a feedback signal based on the driving signal, and sends back the feedback signal to the modulator, and wherein the gate driver is disposed outside the shortest straight path between the feedback terminal and the modulator. |
