A nasal prosthesis and a manufacturing method therefor. The nasal prosthesis (1) comprises a bridge (2) of a nose and a fixed joint structure arranged on the bridge (2) of the nose. The bridge (2) of the nose comprises a joint surface (5) jointed with muscular tissue of a bridge of a nose of a human body, and an outer side face (6) jointed with the skin of the bridge of the nose of the human body; and the fixed joint structure comprises through hole groups (11) and/or columns (13), or through hole groups (11) and sink hole groups (12), or columns (13) and sink hole groups (12) which are arranged on the bridge (2) of the nose. The manufacturing method comprises: processing a fixed joint structure, arranged on a bridge (2) of a nose, on the bridge (2) of the nose by means of laser. By arranging a fixed joint structure on a bridge (2) of a nose of the nasal prosthesis (1), the bridge (2) of the nose of the nasal prosthesis (1) is closely combined with nasal tissue of a human body, such that the defects of easy movement of the bridge (2) of the nose of the nasal prosthesis (1) and easy deformation of nasal shaping are overcome. |
