a first device comprising a first controller that holds a first security information; and a second device that is connected to the first device, includes a second controller, the second controller authenticating the first device using the first security information received from the first device, receives a voltage selection signal that selects one of the plurality of power supply voltages, and performs a power feeding operation based on the voltage selection signal, wherein the second device carries out the power feeding operation based on the voltage selection signal when the authentication has been successfully performed.
