Disclosed are a natural pharmaceutical composition for treating osteoporotic fracture and/or osteoarthritis and use thereof. The composition consists of 73.3-98.3 wt% of sea buckthorn fruit oil and 1.7-26.7 wt% of panax notoginseng saponins. The composition can also prevent and treat diseases causing bone pain.
