The cosmetic contains a liquid organopolysiloxane having fluidity at 25° C. and having a crosslinked three-dimensional network structure. The aforementioned liquid organopolysiloxane has a loss factor, tan δ, at a shear frequency of 10 Hz, which is 1 or more. |
