The present invention relates to a high harmonic wave generation apparatus using a solid state laser of a laser diode pumping method. Disclosed is the high harmonic wave generation apparatus which has resonance configuration of a Porro prism (10) structure which is unresponsive to changes in environments, has output stability, and can selectively output a fourth harmonic wave and a fifth harmonic wave without a change of an optical path in a final output part. The high harmonic wave generation apparatus includes a non-linear crystal and a final emitting part.
