PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating/lowering device of a blind, capable of preventing vibrations generated during a rotating operation of a slat and during an elevating/lowering operation from being propagated to a head box.SOLUTION: A bearing 34 in non-contact with a rotary shaft 14 is provided on at least one end of a take-up drum 16, the take-up drum 16 is supported rotatably through the bearing 34 at a drum base 30 fixed to a head box 10. An elastic body 32 is interposed between the take-up drum 16 and the bearing 34. |
