The present invention relates to a power management and protection apparatus with a dual display device, comprising: an analog input processing part (100) which converts a current and a voltage of a power line into a low voltage and a small current; a calculation part (200) which converts the low voltage and the small current into a digital signal and performs the calculation of converted digital data by a program; a main processing part (300) which receives the result of the calculation part (200) and various signals to process a control logic by the program and processes data communication with a high level computer and communication between the digital power management and protection devices; a digital signal input part (400) which receives a circuit breaker on/off signal from a circuit breaker and various signals of an electric power distribution part/generator control part and transfers the circuit breaker on/off signal and the various signals to be processed by the main processing part (300); a digital signal output part (500) which outputs a digital signal controlling an operation of a digital power management and protection device in accordance with a control result outputted from the main processing part (300) and various external signals; and an interface part (600). The interface part (600) includes a main display device and an auxiliary display device for displaying data in the main processing part (300), an input means receiving an input signal by a user and a human-machine interface central processing unit (HMI CPU) controlling data displayed on the auxiliary display device based on an input by the input means.
