A travel information sharing/recommending service system based on position information is disclosed. The travel information sharing/recommending service system includes: a travel information sharing service server (300) which receives, stores, and manages route information from a starting point to a destination, stopover information, recommendations regarding the route information, and other featured information of individual users via a travel information sharing application; and a user terminal (200) which receives travel information (route information from a starting point to a destination, stopover information, recommendations regarding the route information) of other users from the travel information sharing service server (300), or provides user′s travel information to the travel information sharing service server (300) by operating the travel information sharing application linked with the travel information sharing service server.
