PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type absorbent article having underwear-like appearance and excellent in fitting properties in a waistline part.SOLUTION: An underpants type absorbent article 1 includes an exterior body 11 and an absorbent body 10. The exterior body 11 has an outer layer sheet 12 and an inner layer sheet 13. A belly side part A of the article 1 has a waistline region A2 between a waist opening part 5 and leg opening parts 6. The waistline region A2 has an upper abdomen region A21 having a non-junction state between the outer layer sheet 12 and the inner layer sheet 13. In the upper abdomen region A21, elastic members 71 are fixed to the inner layer sheet 13. In the upper abdomen region A21, the outer sheet 12 has stretchability. |
