An assessment and reporting system which can compare school and individual student performance regardless of which components of the curriculum have been adopted or chosen. The system comprises a list of requirements stored within a database and a selection mechanism which marks a requirement as completed upon activation by a user. The system then maps completed entries to a standardised scale and generates a metric representative of the completed requirements. The system may comprise an input interface comprising plural levels, each level having one or more input fields. The levels represent the requirements, wherein progress to a subsequent level is achieved only when all of the fields of a current level are achieved. The system may further be used in the control and management of industrial processes, where comparison of different components may be desired. |
