PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RF signal control circuit performing on/off control of an RF signal at high speed, and to provide a pulse laser device.SOLUTION: The RF signal control circuit includes: an RF control signal section 52 generating an RF control signal having two states of on/off; a phase conversion section 53 for inverting the phase of an RF signal from an RF signal generating section 51 and for inverting the phase of an RF control signal from the RF control signal section 51; a waveform shaping section 54 for obtaining a waveform signal by shaping the waveform of an RF control signal subjected to phase reversal in the phase conversion section and an RF control signal from the RF control signal section; a multiplier 55 for obtaining a first multiplication signal by multiplying an RF signal subjected to phase reversal in the phase conversion section and a waveform signal obtained by the waveform shaping section; a multiplier 56 for obtaining a second multiplication signal by multiplying an RF control signal from the RF signal generating section and an RF control signal from the RF control signal section; and an adder 57 for adding the first multiplication signal and second multiplication signal. |
