An exhaust mixing system (44, 200, 300) having an attachment flange (206, 302) configured to couple a lobed Oxide- CMC exhaust mixer (204, 304) to a turbine engine (10). The attachment flange (206, 302) includes an annulus (210, 306) and a plurality of projections (212, 308) extending from the annulus (210, 306) in a first direction (214, 310) that is substantially parallel to a central axis (216) of the annulus (210, 306).
