The present invention relates to an apparatus to fixate a container door of a truck. The apparatus to fixate the container door of the truck comprises: a container; a door installed in the container to be able to rotate by a hinge shaft to open or close an open surface of the container; an angle maintaining unit installed in a loading means having a door locking device to lock the door for the container, and maintaining an open angle of the door for the container when the door is opened; and a transfer member installed between an angle maintaining unit and a handle of a door locking device installed in the door to be able rotate in a vertical or a lateral direction to lock or unlock the door of the container when a user grips the handle, and operating the angle maintaining unit by transferring an operation force of the handle to the angle maintaining unit. According to the present invention, the apparatus to fixate the container door of a truck is able to fixate the door by opening the door by a required angle, thereby not disrupting a vehicle or a pedestrian and preventing an accident. |
